Heavy Rainfall on the Western Gulf Coast; Severe Thunderstorms in the Southern Plains Friday

A multi-day heavy rainfall event will continue over the western Gulf Coast through Monday. Slight Risks of excessive rainfall have been issued, and Flood Watches remain in effect through Monday evening.
