Rain Showers and Gusty Winds Coming to the Mid-Atlantic; Remaining Unseasonably Warm in the Central U.S.

Low pressure will track slowly northwestward into the Mid-Atlantic region through midweek bringing a risk for excessive rainfall, gusty winds, shallow coastal flooding, rip currents, and large surf.
