.DISCUSSION...
THE WET PATTERN WILL CONTINUE TODAY INTO TONIGHT AS SOUTHWEST FLOW
ALOFT CONTINUES TO BRING DEEP MOISTURE INTO THE REGION. RAIN WILL
BECOME WIDESPREAD ACROSS THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON AND ESPECIALLY
TONIGHT WITH TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN THE HALF TO THREE QUARTER
INCH RANGE. EXPECT MINIMUM AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITIES TO REMAIN
HIGH TODAY WITH VERY GOOD RECOVERIES TONIGHT. GUSTY SOUTHEAST
WINDS WILL DEVELOP OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN TONIGHT AND REMAIN
GUSTY FROM THE WEST ON THURSDAY. THE THREAT FOR MORE SHOWERS WILL
ALSO CONTINUE ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY KEEPING HIGH HUMIDITIES 
ACROSS THE REGION. THUS NO FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS ARE EXPECTED WITH
THE MUCH NEEDED RAINFALL TO HELP THE LONG TERM DROUGHT SITUATION.

NOTE - THIS WILL BE THE LAST SCHEDULED ISSUANCE OF THE FIRE
WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR THE 2016 FIRE WEATHER SEASON. DAILY
FIRE WEATHER FORECASTS WILL LIKELY RESUME IN LATE MARCH OF 2017.
