Nor'easter Bringing Dangerous Coastal Conditions to the Mid-Atlantic; Pacific Storm to Impact the Southwest U.S.

A Nor'easter well off the East Coast will slowly track north this week and may gain some subtropical characteristics. Strong onshore winds will bring flooding, dangerous marine conditions, and beach erosion along the Mid-Atlantic coast. The Four Seasons is a quarterly newsletter issued by the National Weather Service in Burlington, VT at the beginning of each season. This rendition of the National Weather Service Burlington's newsletter was started in the Fall of 2014. Each edition will feature several central articles discussing recent weather events or issues facing the weather or climate of northern New York and Vermont.
