Moderate to Heavy Lake Effect Snow Will Continue Across Portions of New York and Northern Vermont this evening through early Saturday morning

Locally moderate to heavy lake effect snow will continue across portions of New York and northern Vermont tonight into the predawn hours Saturday. Additional accumulations in the Lake Effect Warning Area of 4"-7" are expected, mainly south of State Route 11, and 3"-5" in the Winter Weather Advisory areas. The Four Seasons is a quarterly newsletter issued by the National Weather Service in Burlington, VT at the beginning of each season. This rendition of the National Weather Service Burlington's newsletter was started in the Fall of 2014. Each edition will feature several central articles discussing recent weather events or issues facing the weather or climate of northern New York and Vermont.
