Showers and storms continue across portions of North and Central Texas. Overall intensity of the storms has decreased as the sun continues to set. Expect to see the storms to continue to decrease in size and strength through the next couple of hours. Main hazards will be lightning and brief heavy rainfall.
In the past 24 hours, ending at 8 PM, areas of North and Central Texas have seen either no rainfall, or too much rainfall. Radar estimates are shown int he background image, while observed rainfall amounts are shown. Some areas saw 4-5".
