While low level moisture will temporarily return in the early morning, a dryline with southwest to west winds of 5 to 15 will push east across West Central Texas. Relative humidity values will fall to minimums of 20 percent or less, with 10 to 12 percent in the Concho Valley south to Ozona and Sonora.
