Minor heat impacts will primarily affect those who are extremely sensitive to heat & without cooling & hydration. Stay hydrated & never leave a child or pet unattended in a vehicle. Chances for measurable rain from showers & thunderstorms return by mid week.
The sky will be partly cloudy today across Central Alabama with daytime high temperatures in the 80s. Winds will be from the south to southeast at 5 to 10 mph.
Tonight will be partly cloudy across Central Alabama with overnight low temperatures in the upper 50s to the middle 60s. Winds will be light & variable.
Sunday across Central Alabama will range from sunny west to partly cloudy east. There will be a small chance of an afternoon shower or thunderstorm far east.
