Major River Flooding in Western Washington; Very Cold Temperatures in the Northern Plains

Major river flooding following heavy rainfall will continue to bring a significant risk to life and property in Washington. Arctic air will bring near record cold temperatures and dangerous wind chills from the Northern High Plains into the Mid-South and Mid-Atlantic through the weekend.
