Severe Weather Outbreak in the Deep South; Excessive Rainfall and Flooding in the Tennessee and Ohio Valleys

A severe weather outbreak, including the potential for violent, long-track tornadoes, is expected today across the Central Gulf States and portions of the Deep South. A rare High Risk (level 5 of 5) of severe thunderstorms is in effect.
