Snow and Winds in Upper Midwest; Northwest U.S. Remains Highly Unsettled

A large and powerful low pressure system is expected to produce high, gusty winds and heavy snow from the northern Plains through the Upper Midwest into the Great Lakes the next two days. Waves of moisture continue to inundate the Northwest U.S. with heavy rain, possible flooding and mountain snow.
