Tropical Storm Podul in the Western Pacific; Severe Weather in the Northern Plains; Heat in the West

Tropical Storm Podul (16W) will bring heavy rain and gusty winds to Agrihan, Pagan and Alamagan in the Northern Mariana Islands though Saturday.
