Winter Outlook

Based on the Climate Prediction Center’s winter outlook (Dec-Feb), North and Central Georgia has more than a 40% chance for below normal temperatures. Central Georgia has about a 34-40% chance for above normal precipitation, while North Georgia has equal chances for above, near, or below normal.
