winds will not be as strong as today, generally west to northwest

humidity values are foecast to drop below 25 percent across much
of Middle Georgia and portions of east-central Georgia Tuesday
afternoon, though fuel moistures currently remain elevated in the
wake of Monday`s rainfall.
