.DISCUSSION...

No hazardous fire weather concerns are expected at this time.
Relative humidity and winds will remain outside of critical
thresholds.

Areas of low-level cloud cover may redevelop overnight into early
Wednesday morning. In addition to cloud bases as low as 300 feet,
areas of fog are expected to develop as well. Some of this fog
will likely be dense, with visibility down to one-quarter mile.
These conditions could persist in some areas until late morning
and thus impact how high mixing heights can top out. 20-foot
winds will be out of the south to southeast at 3-8 mph with gusts
to around 18 mph across north Georgia.

Areas of low clouds are expected again Wednesday night into early
Thursday. At this time, patchy fog looks to be possible across
the Oconee District. 20-foot winds will be out of the
south-southwest to south-southeast at 5-10 mph with gusts to
around 20 mph in the higher terrain of north Georgia. Minimum
relative humidity will generally range from 40% to 55% both
Wednesday and Thursday.
