Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall are expected over the area later on today into Friday, and may lead to localized flash flooding. Widespread rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are forecast, with locally higher amounts possible.
Winds will strengthen out of the south later on today into tonight, with frequent gusts to 35 mph. Lightweight and unsecured items could be blown around. Gusty winds and wet soils may lead to uprooted trees. Downed trees or limbs may cause power outages.
