National Weather Service United States Department of Commerce

Patchy fog will be possible through the mid-morning hours, mainly in the gray-shaded area. Some fog could become locally dense, but widespread dense fog is not anticipated. Conditions will begin to improve after 9-10 am.
It'll be another warm and humid day today across North and Central Texas. There will be enough moisture to result in isolated to scattered afternoon and evening showers/thunderstorms today, mainly east of I-35 where the highest chances exists. Severe weather is not expected, but gusty winds and brief heavy rainfall will be possible. Any showers and storms will begin to diminish around sunset.
Temperatures will be in the 90s Memorial Day weekend. Locations west of Interstate 35 will approach 100 degrees each day. Those engaged in outdoor activities this weekend are urged to take precautions to protect yourself and others from heat-related illnesses and fatalities.
Daily chances for showers and storms will occur Wednesday through Saturday. These will be summertime pop-up showers and storms which will remain isolated to scattered in coverage. Gusty winds and brief heavy rainfall with be the main hazards. Temperatures will remain slightly above normal with highs in the upper 80s and 90s and lows in the upper 60s and 70s. Afternoon highs in the upper 90s will occur this weekend.
