.DISCUSSION...Cold front continues to drop through southern 
portions of SE.Utah and SW.Colorado this afternoon. Behind it
dry and windy conditions are in place but earlier rainfall and
slightly cooler temperatures are keeping critical fire weather
conditions in check overall. Dry and seasonable conditions 
will set up for the remainder of the week with very low
probability of precipitation arriving by the weekend.
