Lala, may become a hurricane, is expected to impact Hawaii this weekend. Heavy rainfall, strong winds, dangerous surf and localized flooding are expected. The Fourth of July climatology for selected cities across eastern Utah and western Colorado shows that the Fourth can either be exceedingly hot (in the triple digits) or cooler and wetter with over an inch of rain falling in some areas!
