Severe Thunderstorm, Flooding, and Winter Weather Threats on Tuesday

Scattered severe thunderstorms are forecast Tuesday from the southern Plains into the southern Great Lakes vicinity. Thunderstorms may also produce heavy to excessive rain that could pose a flooding threat from central Texas into southern Oklahoma and northern Missouri into southern Michigan. On May 12, 1995, the WFO Honolulu dedicated our facility at UH Manoa. Reverend William Kaina blessed the building, and then Pacific Region Director Richard Hagemeyer and UH Senior Vice President for Research and Graduate Education Dean O. Smith untied the maile lei.
