WICHITA EISENHOWER AIRPORT The average monthly temperature at Eisenhower Airport was 46.5 degrees, which was 0.9 degrees cooler than average. It was the coolest March since 2019. The warmest daily temperature was 79 degrees on the 22nd, and the coolest was 12 degrees on the 19th. Precipitation-wise, only 0.12 inches was measured, which was 2.18 inches below average. It was the 5th driest March since records began in 1889, and the driest since 1971. Snowfall-wise, only a trace occurred, which was 2.1 inches below average. SALINA MUNICIPAL AIRPORT The average monthly temperature at Salina Municipal Airport was 42.8 degrees, which was 2.5 degrees cooler than average. It was the coolest March since 2019. The warmest daily temperature was 76 degrees on the 5th, and the coolest was 9 degrees on the 19th. Precipitation-wise, only 0.42 inches was measured, which was 1.40 inches below average. It was the 15th driest March since records began in 1900, and the driest since 2015. CHANUTE MARTIN-JOHNSON AIRPORT The average monthly temperature at Chanute Martin-Johnson Airport was 47.0 degrees, which was 1.3 degrees cooler than average. It was the coolest March since 2019. The warmest daily temperature was 81 degrees on the 31st, and the coolest was 15 degrees on the 19th. Precipitation-wise, only 0.88 inches was measured, which was 1.62 inches below average. It was the 17th driest March since records began in 1898, and the driest since 2015.
