Survey_Summary: The tornado formed near the Lonoke/Jefferson county
line...then moved northeast through mainly rural farmland...lifting
at Allport west of Humnoke. Some trees and power poles were snapped
...with other trees uprooted or losing limbs. Some shingles were 
also removed from a couple buildings.
