Redevelopment is forecast into the afternoon becoming scattered to numerous more areawide. Heavy rainfall may lead to localized flooding of low lying and urban areas. Temperatures remain seasonal, mostly in the mid to upper 80s. There is a moderate risk for rip currents at all east central Florida beaches.
