Click/tap image to enlarge | Increasing shower and lightning storm chances (60-70%) this afternoon and evening. There could be some earlier shower activity around the I-4 corridor this morning. Storm threats include occasional to frequent lightning strikes, few strong wind gusts to 40 to 50 mph, and locally heavy rainfall. Local rainfall amounts could approach 1 to 3 inches. Minor/nuisance flooding of low-lying areas and roadways will be possible. Highs in the mid-upper 80s to around 90F. Perhaps some low 90s across the Treasure Coast.
