Prepare for slick and slushy roadways over some mountain passes between through Monday. Snow levels will drop to 4000 feet through Monday morning. This will result in rain changed to snow over Stevens and Lookout Passes while snow continues over Washington Pass. Prepare for winter travel conditions especially if you have plans to travel over the North Cascades.
