Another round of strong southwesterly winds is expected Wednesday afternoon through Thursday morning. Sustained speeds of 20 to 35 mph and gusts up to 55 mph are anticipated for the Columbia Basin, Palouse, Spokane/CdA area, and Blue Mountains.
