A major winter storm is expected to bring heavy snow, strong winds, and coastal flooding across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast that may cause impossible travel conditions and power outages. Blizzard conditions are possible along the Northeastern Seaboard. Wet weather and strong winds return to the Pacific Northwest and north-central California.

Light to Moderate Snow Continues Today, Bitter Cold Follows Tonight through Wednesday
SYNOPSIS: Areas of light to moderate snow will continue across most of Wyoming today, and across the southern half of the state thru this evening. Snow will taper off across the area overnight, leaving bitter cold temperatures across the area through Wednesday. Low temperatures will be mostly from -15F to -25F across north and central Wyoming Tuesday morning.
