A high pressure system will provide dry weather today.
A cold front crosses Wednesday, bringing gusty winds and chances for
rain across much of the area. Accumulating snow is expected
across the higher elevations of the northern West Virginia
mountains however, with strong winds creating blizzard conditions at
times. Rain changes over to snow area wide Wednesday night into
Thursday.
A series of clipper systems will then move through Thursday into the
weekend bringing more chances for wintry weather. The Friday morning
