 .DISCUSSION...
Showers and a few thunderstorms will continue this afternoon before
tapering off this evening. On Wednesday heavy showers and
thunderstorms are expecting beginning across the north in the
morning and shifting south through the day. A Flash Flood Watch has
been issued starting early Wednesday morning localized amounts of 2
to 3 inches of rain could fall very quickly. Because the ground is
already wet from recent rainfall, flash flooding, mudslides, and
uprooted trees from gusty thunderstorm winds are all possible. A
cold front will push the moisture out of the area by Thursday
morning, bringing dry and pleasant weather for Thursday and the end
 of the week.
