 A rainy Sunday is on tap as a weather system moves through the area. 
 Most places will see rain, but the highest mountain peaks could see 
 a brief wintry mix early this morning before turning to rain. Monday 
 will start with some fog but turn partly cloudy and mild. A major 
 warm-up arrives for the rest of the week, with temperatures feeling 
 more like April than February. Tuesday through Friday will see highs 
 in the 60s across the lower elevations. It will get breezy on 
 Wednesday, with chances for rain returning late in the week.
