 .DISCUSSION...
 Northwesterly flow will bring repeated rounds of severe 
 thunderstorms and  flash flooding to the region today through 
 Thursday. Flooding from overnight rain continues this morning across 
 parts of southeast Ohio. 
 
 The most significant of these rounds is expected to occur late this 
 afternoon into this evening bringing potential damaging wind gusts 
 in excess of 60 miles per hour with isolated instances of gusts over 
 74 miles per hour, brief line embedded tornado tornadoes, and 
 renewed flash flooding. Severe weather and flood risks continue on 
 Wednesday and Thursday before drier weather arrives on Friday.
