Rainfall totals will generally be between 0.75-2.00", but heavier bands of rain could result in locally higher amounts and the potential for isolated flooding.  .DISCUSSION...
 Gusty downslope winds of 30 to 45 miles per hour will affect higher 
 terrain and leeward areas this afternoon into midday Sunday, with a 
 Wind Advisory in effect. Elsewhere, wind gusts will generally remain 
 in the 15 to 30 mph range. 
 
 Most of the region can expect one half to two inches of rain late 
 tonight into Sunday from the remnants of Isaias, heaviest on eastern 
 slopes and parts of the Middle Ohio Valley. 
 
 Rain exits the region Sunday night into Monday morning.
