 .DISCUSSION...
Repeated rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across the
region through Thursday night, bringing the potential for additional
heavy rainfall and flash flooding. Saturated ground from recent
heavy rain will make small streams and low-lying areas especially
vulnerable to flooding with additional rainfall. A Flash Flood Watch
remains in effect for the entire area through Friday morning.

A few storms could also produce gusty winds capable of knocking down
trees. Drier weather is expected Friday into Saturday before storm
 chances return Sunday.
