 .DISCUSSION...
 Low clouds and cool weather will persist today with high 
 temperatures staying below 70 degrees. Slow-moving showers and 
 thunderstorms this afternoon and again Wednesday could bring 
 additional heavy rainfall and localized flash flooding, especially 
 across areas with soaked ground. The current Flood Watch remains in 
 effect through Wednesday morning. 
 
 A stretch of dry and pleasant autumn weather will return Thursday 
 and last through the weekend, bringing highs in the 70s and cool 
 night temperatures in the 40s and 50s.
