 Patchy, but locally dense fog dissipates a few hours after daybreak 
 this morning. Today begins an extended period of mostly dry weather, 
 along with a brief break from the heat and humidity. The heat begins 
 to return for the holiday weekend, but the humidity will remain on 
 the more manageable side with heat indices generally staying under 
 the 100 degree mark.
