 Fire Weather Planning Forecast
 National Weather Service Charleston WV
 1035 PM EDT Mon Jun 9 2025

 .DISCUSSION...
A front exits to the east tonight, allowing quieter conditions to
return to most of the area. However, a few showers could linger
along the mountains on Tuesday. A high pressure system will then
build in Tuesday night and provide dry weather through Thursday.

Chances for showers and thunderstorms return to the forecast on
Friday, and increase over the weekend.
