 Fire Weather Planning Forecast
 National Weather Service Charleston WV
 1035 PM EDT Mon May 5 2025

 .DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms will continue to diminish in coverage and
intensity through this evening, with low pressure still hanging
around. Localized flash flooding remains a possibility.

Low pressure will finally begin moving late Tuesday, but showers
still remain possible, especially across the north. Drier weather
moves in for Wednesday outside of the chance for an isolated shower
 across the mountains.

A cold front can then be expected on Thursday bringing showers back
 in the forecast.
