 .DISCUSSION...
Weak high pressure brings dry weather this Fathers Day and first
day of summer, with a warm afternoon.

A strong system, especially for the start of summer, arrives tonight
and spans through Monday, bringing a threat for showers and
strong, heavy thunderstorms, potentially leading to isolated
damaging wind gusts and localized flooding, mainly on Monday
afternoon. While the primary severe weather hazard is damaging wind
gusts, hail and an isolated tornado remain possible.

Drier weather then returns for Tuesday and Wednesday, ahead of
another unsettled weather pattern later in the week.
