Severe thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening in advance of a slow-moving cold front, with the primary hazard being damaging winds. An isolated tornado or two could also occur.  .DISCUSSION...
 Scattered showers and thunderstorms will impact the area this 
 afternoon and evening. Some of these storms could produce damaging 
 wind gusts or even a tornado. Heavy rain falling repeatedly over the 
 same areas will also bring an increased risk of flash flooding, 
 particularly across West Virginia.
 
 Unsettled weather with daily chances of rain will continue into
