 .DISCUSSION...
 Low clouds and cool weather will persist today with high 
 temperatures staying below 70 degrees. Slow-moving showers and 
 thunderstorms this afternoon and again Wednesday could bring 
 additional heavy rainfall and localized flash flooding, especially 
 across areas with soaked ground. The current Flash Flood Watch 
 remains in effect through Wednesday evening. 
 
 A stretch of dry and pleasant autumn weather can be expected 
 Thursday, lasting through the weekend.
