 High pressure will rule our weather this week, with dry and sunny 
 weather each day, and patchy dense river valley fog each night. 
 Frost is expected to affect the northeastern mountains of West 
 Virginia through 9 AM EDT this morning, where a Frost Advisory is in 
 effect. Frost will be possible once again for those areas Wednesday 
 morning. Another weak, but dry, cold front will move through the 
 region on Thursday. Rain chances arrive Sunday into early next week.
