 .DISCUSSION...
 Dry weather is expected this weekend. Minimum relative humidity 
 values this afternoon will generally bottom out between the mid 20s 
 to mid 30s. Breezy conditions will develop during the day, with 15 
 to 25 mph gusts from the southwest expected.
 
 Well above normal temperatures are expected starting this afternoon 
 and continuing through much of next week, with even some record high 
 temperatures possible by midweek. A series of weak passing systems 
 will prompt periodic shower or storm chances at times throughout the 
 work week.
