 .DISCUSSION...
 A warm front lifts north across the region overnight, bringing the 
 potential for a few isolated showers or thunderstorms. Some patchy 
 valley fog also develops overnight. The thunderstorm threat will 
 increase on Thursday, with the potential once again for strong to 
 severe thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening hours. The 
 main threat will be damaging wind gusts, although some hail remains 
 possible, along with the potential for a localized flooding issue or 
 two. A cold front crosses late Friday into early Saturday bringing 
 more showers and thunderstorms to the area.
 
 Much of the weekend looks to remain unsettled, particularly on 
 Saturday as a secondary cold front crosses the region. 
 
 Next week looks to start out cooler and unsettled.
