 .DISCUSSION...
 Dry weather and calm-to-light winds will continue through the work 
 week, with a weakening cold front moving into the region Tuesday 
 afternoon and shifting the westerly winds this afternoon towards the 
 northeast as it stalls. Minimum RH values between 30-50 percent 
 continue to be forecast each afternoon this week due to above-normal 
 temperatures, with the exception of Wednesday, where higher minimum 
 RH values between 40-60 percent are forecast beneath a thickening 
 overcast sky. Winds will veer southward Wednesday as the stalled 
 front transitions into a warm front and begins moving off to the 
 northeast. Sunshine will return Thursday and result in 30-50 percent 
 RH minima following the departure of the warm front, with winds 
 becoming southwest. RH values will depend on elevation and locale, 
 with excellent RH recovery expected each night. Rain chances return 
 late this weekend across the entire region.
