 .DISCUSSION...
Mainly dry conditions are expected through Saturday. Continue to
exercise caution when traveling overnight or in the early morning as
any remaining snow that melts during the day may refreeze as black
 ice.

A system passing to our south will bring rain to the region on
Sunday. The heaviest rain, up to 1 inch, is expected across the
southern coalfields and mountains, while areas farther north will
see less rainfall accumulation. A brief period of freezing rain or
wintry mix is also possible in the Greenbrier Valley and eastern
mountain slopes in weak cold air damming Sunday morning before
 transitioning to all rain.

Dry weather returns Monday amidst a warming trend with temperatures
across the lower elevations potentially touching 70 by Wednesday
 and Thursday.
