 .DISCUSSION...
 High pressure keeps us dry and warm today with mostly cloudy 
 conditions. Temperatures will be nearly 10 degrees above normal for 
 most locations as the lowlands reach the upper 60s and lower 70s, 
 with the mountains in the 50s to the mid 60s. Relative humidity 
 values in the 20s and lower 30s will increase the risk of brush fire 
 ignition this afternoon. 
 
 Another exceptionally warm day tomorrow, but a warm front crosses 
 tomorrow leading to chances for showers and a few thunderstorms. A 
 cold front then crosses Thursday night into Friday bringing a broken 
 line of thunderstorms and heavy showers through. Some storms may be 
 severe with the main risks damaging winds and heavy rainfall leading 
 to localized flash flooding. The chance for hail and an isolated 
 tornado cannot be ruled out across portions of southeast Ohio. 
 
 Thunderstorms and showers continue Friday morning before colder 
 temperatures arrive later in the day, forcing a change over to snow 
 snow across the higher elevations of the northeastern mountains. 
 Light accumulations of less than an inch are possible above 3,500 
 feet. High pressure will bring drier and cooler weather to start the 
 weekend.
