 National Weather Service Charleston WV

 .DISCUSSION...
In the wake of a cold front, a very dry air mass will take hold
across the area for Monday and Tuesday, with afternoon relative
humidities expected to bottom out in the 20 to 30 percent range area
wide, with pockets of teens possible. Winds will also be gusty at
 times during the afternoon hours.

Wednesday brings a disturbance that may provide additional rainfall
amounts to the area, along with higher relative humidity. However a
widespread wetting rain is not anticipated. Drier, warmer weather
comes back for Thursday and Friday as well as lower RH values and
 elevated wind.
