 .DISCUSSION...
Rain and thunderstorms will depart to the east in advance of a cold
front this morning. Breezy, but mostly dry conditions are then
expected through the day. A wind advisory is in effect for the
higher ridges of the northeast mountains where gusts will be
 strongest today.

Dry weather is currently expected for the second half of the
weekend, but another stretch of unsettled weather appears to be on
tap again for the next work week, as another low pressure system
 slowly crosses.
