 .DISCUSSION...
The daily chance for mainly afternoon and evening showers and
thunderstorms continues amid very warm and humid conditions through
the weekend. Excessive rainfall and flash flooding remain a concern
as rounds of heavy rain continue to impact the area.

A notable pattern shift occurs to start the new work week, as a
drier and more stable airmass arrives. The heat and humidity then
rebuild through midweek, setting the stage for the return of active
 weather late in the week.
