 .DISCUSSION...
 A very dry air mass has settled into the region.  Minimum relative 
 humidity during the afternoons through Friday will generally bottom 
 out in the 20 percent range for most areas, however, pockets of 
 relative humidity in the teens are possible in some locations.
 
 Winds will be lighter today than yesterday, except in enhanced 
 southeasterly downslope southeast of the higher terrain. Winds 
 remain fairly light for most on Thursday, except in southeast Ohio 
 where gusts of 10 to 18 mph are possible in the afternoon.
 
 While some low end rain chances exist late Friday into Saturday, a 
 widespread wetting rain is not expected until at least the middle of 
 next week.
