 Mild temperatures, coupled with dewpoints in the 30s to 40s, should 
 result in minimum relative humidity values ranging from 25-40% 
 across much of the area this afternoon and Sunday afternoon. A 
 widespread wetting rain is not anticipated until mid to late in the
