 .DISCUSSION...
 
 Warm and breezy conditions are expected today in advance of cold 
 frontal passage tonight. Winds will be out of the southwest, with 
 gusts of 20 to 25 miles per hour possible during the afternoon and 
 evening hours. Relative humidity values will bottom out in the low 
 20s to low 30s. 
 
 Light rain arrives tonight, and then continues into  early 
 Wednesday, as a cold front crosses the region. Drier weather returns 
 from west to east on Wednesday, and then persists until another 
 system approaches late on Friday into the weekend.
 
 Temperatures will remain seasonably cool for early spring through 
 much of the work week, then a warming trend takes hold beginning on 
 Friday ahead of the next system.
