 National Weather Service Charleston WV
 1135 AM EST Fri Jan 22 2021
A cold front will reinforce the chilly air in place today. Snow
flurries or showers are possible in and near the northern mountains
today and tonight, but there is not much if any accumulation
expected. Winds will be a bit gusty across the lowlands, but
stronger gusts will occur in the mountains, especially across the
 higher ridges.
Lows will be in the teens across much of the area tonight, except
lower 10s in the northern mountains, where wind chills will drop to
the single digits either side of zero overnight tonight.
High pressure will cross Saturday, with tranquil weather including
lots of sunshine by afternoon. Unsettled weather and southerly flow
is then anticipated for Sunday into the beginning of the upcoming
work week, when warmer air and precipitation overrun the region.
