 .DISCUSSION...
 Dry conditions persist through Friday, with minimum relative 
 humidity values generally expected to bottom out between the teens 
 and low 20 percentiles in the afternoon and evening. Winds should 
 remain modestly elevated with occasional gusts in the teens to low 
 20s through the afternoon and in the evening associated with a cold 
 frontal passage. 
 
 While some low end rain chances exist late this week, a widespread 
 wetting rain is not expected until at least the middle of next week.
