Thunderstorms, Strong Wind Gusts, and Rain Changing to Snow Monday Afternoon and Evening

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for portions of SE OH, NE KY, SW VA, and extreme SW WV through this morning. Main threats are damaging wind gusts, but the entire area could see gusty winds along the frontal boundary. By this afternoon, rain will change to snow.
