Extremely Critical Fire Weather in the Southern Plains; Heavy Snow and Possible Blizzard Conditions in the Central Rockies and Upper Midwest

Strong winds and dry conditions will bring extremely critical fire weather (Level 3 of 3) today and a possible wildfire outbreak across portions of southeastern New Mexico into northwest Texas, the Texas Panhandle, and western Oklahoma.
