.DISCUSSION...
Weak high pressure across the region tonight will give way to a
fast moving upper level disturbance that should cross the area
from the northwest on Tuesday. This feature may bring widely
scattered showers to the mountains and foothills. Cool and dry
weather is expected mid- week, with minimum relative humidity
values falling to between 30 and 40 percent for many locations on
Wednesday. Showers and storms, along with moderating temperatures
and humidity levels, return to the area Friday into next weekend.
