.DISCUSSION...
High pressure began building in over the region today. As this 
high strengthens tonight and Thursday, easterly surface winds will
engulf the area with clouds, light rain and drizzle along and 
just east of the Blue Ridge. Cooler temperatures will also be 
found. A strong low pressure system will remove the wedge and 
bring a good chance for showers and thunderstorms Friday.
