.DISCUSSION... 

High pressure will pass overhead today, resulting in mostly clear 
skies and winds that will be less than 10 mph. Minimum RH values 
this afternoon will fall to between 20 and 30 percent for most of 
the lower Mid-Atlantic. Clouds will increase this evening, with 
a wintry mix of precipitation arriving after midnight Sunday. This 
will be followed by a more widespread round of wetting wintry 
precipitation during early Tuesday.
