Showers and isolated thunderstorms expected as the outer bands from Tropical Storm Matthew affect the region. Some of these showers may contain wind gusts up to 35 mph. Hazardous marine conditions expected as seas will be between 8 to 12 feet and winds 20 to 30 knots. A small craft advisory is in effect across all the local waters.
Bands of showers and thunderstorms expected as the outer bands of Tropical Storm Matthew will continue to affect the region. Some of these showers will produce wind gusts up to 35 mph. Hazardous marine conditions to continue as seas will be between 8 to 14 feet and winds 20 to 30 knots. Small craft advisory across all the waters and high surf advisory across Southern and Eastern PR, Vieques, and St. Croix.
